Slim Fast or Atkins Diet?

I want to start losing weight for summer now so it'll be healthier. I either want to do Slimfast or Atkins because they seem the most affordable right now. Which is better in losing weight and taste? I'm still finishing up school so I can't have any complicated meals. My boyfriend and I are going to try doing it together. If you have any other diets that you've tried and that have worked and are afforable please say! Thank you!
