Do you have to accept a insurance company's estimate of what i vehicle is worth?
i was in an accident which was not my fault and the other guys ins. company totalled my vehicle. in north carolina do i have to accept the insurance companys estimate of what my vehicle is worth even if it is way less what i have paid and invested in it?
