There's a kid in my cl that keeps staring at me?

There's this kid and he thinks he's so funny. He tries to make jokes to impress me and always calls attention to himself. I hate to sound so bitchy, but he sounds like a freaking girl and he's really ugly. I'm 99% positive he likes me. He never really admitted it, though, but I'm POSITIVE. and he needs a haircut BADLY! And everyday in homeroom I catch him freaking staring at me and even when I stare back he won't look away. It's starting to freak me out and I may be going paranoid but what if one day he shows up at my front door?!??! Ok like pleaseee help me how do I tell him to back off? and he always tries to talk to my friends and be around me. AND he is VERY ugly so don't tell me to go out with him. He isn't popular and he's not a loser but he's sooooo annoying. He doesn't know that I think he likes me but I'm not taking any chances or giving him hints. Any ideas - ladies especially - on how to get RID of him? Sorry this is so long but i am CREEPED out!!!!!!
