Are these fish compatible? & Is my 10 Gallon tank going to be overstocked?

Looks like a good pretty combination But I wouldnt go much over that many fish unless your planning to upgrade tanks. However since tetras are schooling fish maybe you should get that bloodfin a friend.......dont have too.............. but it would add less stress to it. So yeah, your good.
