A good strong 700c wheelset(at a reasonable price)?

I'm a biker. I don't especially enjoy looking like a hipster so I try to keep things on my bike simple(i.e. no bull horns, deep Vs, and a freewheel not a fixie). I've had my wheels for well over a year and put a considerable amount of miles on them. My back wheel has recently gotten so out of true I'm considering truing it, selling it and buying a new wheelset. Only trouble is I want to get some strong even longer lasting wheels! These were about $50 per wheel(mach1) which is dirt cheap... What are some good quality and well priced wheels? I don't need Deep-Vs with neon colors or velocities but something that will stand up to a lot of road bumps and urban terrain. Thanks in advance!
