I am having my first weave done soon. can anyone reccomend a professinall who is "gentle" with the procedure?

I have very fine hair up top and am worried it will be painfull if woven to tight. I live in the south east suburbs of melbourne. All answers will be greatly apprieciated. Thankyou.
