What's wrong with my Windows Movie Maker?!?

How come every time I want to use my Windows Movie Maker.. It always has this thing popping up and I can't do anything.. I haven't used it in a very very long time so .. I don't know how it works. It goes like" Windows Movie Maker has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. And it says if you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost. Please tell microsoft abut this problem. WE have created an error report that you can send t help us improve Windows Movie Maker. We will treat this report as confidential and anonymous. To see what data this error report contains, click here. and then there are three options.. Debug.. Send Error Report or Don't' send. .I put SEND ERROR REPORT and. I did it like 5 times and still the same problem.. Can you help me?!
